Kid’s Yoga

 

Children derive enormous benefits from Yoga.  Physically it enhances their flexibility, coordination, strength, and body awareness.  In addition, their concentration and sense of calmness and relaxation improves.  

Our Kid’s Yoga Program encourages self love and happiness.  We provide the “tools” to fill your toolbox full of engaging activities, poses, and relaxation techniques.  Our Souls Shine adds nutrition education to our program making it quite unique.
